Demonoid is a closed registration but I can invite you in for free if you'd like. You can also google the name of the series you want with "download" or "free" at the end of it. Usually it's also on TokyoTosho or Nyaa.

--- End quote ---
Lol, I never realised Demonoid had a forum :P. It looks active, I'll try asking there. TokyoTosho or Nyaa fail to have the majority of movies/series (or "live actions" how the anime world calls them :P). Google is pretty cool, specially for looking blogs with DD links like MU and the like. Which reminds me of...

;D

--- Quote from: tomoya-kun on August 07, 2011, 03:55:38 AM ---Be careful with the google searching, at times you get some bad sites which try to fake it.

--- End quote ---
Yup, but 99% of the times they are easily spotable. At least I never fall on them xD

--- Quote from: Sakura90 on August 07, 2011, 02:13:27 AM ---Yeah, this thread is retarded too, I know ;). To give it some meaning you can use it to post your imbecile and non-sense stuff

--- Quote from: Sakura90 on August 07, 2011, 02:13:27 AM ---post a pic of my ass to DL a torrent?
--- End quote ---

Do It, faggat!

 ;D

[ hey, you asked for that one; just happy to oblige ;-) ]

--- End quote ---
Well, first I should carefully epilate it and then get cute panties. An ass with panties half off is pretty neat :3

--- Quote from: Kyrdua on August 07, 2011, 08:27:53 AM ---I believe you are already in asiandvdclub, or whatever that site is called. and from your description i think it's the exact site you're describing.

also, there's torrent-invites. they probably know of other asian drama trackers.
you could also ask around the drama subbing community.

if you find one though, do tell. been wanting to watch Nintama Rantaro Live Action.
saw it in a gg ad, lol.

--- End quote ---
Yeah, asiandvdclub and asiatorrents. The first is a pain sometimes, no rips (and I don't feel like DLing 25-50 GB of a BD). DVD ISOs are fine most of the time, the big problem is seeding with 0 leechers :-\. Asiatorrents has a bit of everything.

I'll try torrent-invites, thx. And drama subbing community? You mean d-addicts? If I remember well, it was forbidden to talk about movies there, another hyper-retarded thing to add to the list >:(. Movies, dramas, what gives? In the end is just ppl doing crap in front of a stupid camera <_<

Lol, so gg ads are effective... then ppl complain :P

--- Quote from: xyx on August 07, 2011, 08:55:56 AM ---just watch normal series ffs.

--- Quote ---So...... getting into an Asian movie forum is hard it seems.... what's next? I have to post a pic of my ass to DL a torrent? Or dance on the keyboard to get a reply? Angry
--- End quote ---

do it.

---

also for activation in some site you dont need to pay. just enter your number, they will send a message with a code and you enter it on the site for validation.

--- End quote ---
I can send/receive calls and sms [only] in my country [only]. If I cross the border to Brazil I lose contact (I can hook up to a Brazilian carrier, but I can't do anything, neither send/receive). I think they call that roaming or something, but could never activate it. Also, if I try to send a mms (sms with a pic for example) it comes back rejected, doesn't get sent. Both things I tried. Unless you pay a per month basis you're useless.

--- Quote from: Kyrdua on August 07, 2011, 09:05:46 AM ---
^ you do realize that they are likely to send your number to spammers right?
some providers do something like that,

they ask you to verify something by sending a message to their system number,
in return, they give you the verification code AND an ad subscription that drains
your credits per message.

--- End quote ---
^ That. I already get lots of msgs (either from ad companies or my carrier itself) of shit and more shit. Thank god for smartphones and number blocking apps. Very few ppl have my number. Last thing I want is to get tangled in more shit. But anyways, lol, try draining my [zero] credit if you can :P

--- Quote from: Chiyachan on August 07, 2011, 02:42:53 PM ---Animebytes, the PRIVATE tracker?
BakaBT is PUBLIC?

--- End quote ---
O_o

Yea, but, what does public/private have to do with Funi animes?

PS: In some circles, Jap is considered derogatory.

I'm a mod of a certain forum, but it's not a tracker, it's for streaming.

--- End quote ---
You told me that some time, it's nice, but streaming is not in my capabilities. At least now with my ISP, where the connection goes down frequently (could be minutes or days), sometimes the modem syncs at ~1000 kbps instead of the real 3 mbits I should have, when it rains or winds the connection goes down most of the times, when I can never see a 360p Youtube video without having to wait for it to buffer at least to a half or 3/4, etc... etc.

Some ppl say because the phone wiring (have ADSL) is old, other because the nodes get over-saturated... though I'm bet on the first. Everything here is tied up with wires till it breaks again and again, they fix it with wires. In summer there are power outages and in winter gas and fuel are scarce. There's always something. No one wants to invest a dime, only the minimum necessary. And then you see Japs with 100 mbps lines. Lawl, should I cry or laugh? :P

P2P isn't throttled (well, lol, not directly at least, because of the above), so that or MU links are my only choice. I can't depend on my net for daily entertainment :-\. Ofc, there are times, sometimes months that the connection is flawless. But... who knows when?

Changing ISP is going from bad to worse, at least in my area most are throttled <_<

--- Quote from: mgz on August 09, 2011, 01:36:17 AM ---TLDR just posting based on the thread title

The title of this thread is my exact thoughts every single time pharismo makes another post

--- End quote ---
Who's pharismo? Sounds like a funny guy :D

--- Quote from: Tatsujin on August 09, 2011, 04:48:24 AM ---Isn't BBT the second most famous torrent anime tracker after TT? ... I mean, that's how I usually view them.

--- End quote ---
TT? What's TT? And yup, BBT is pretty awesome, and it's public too. If it was hosted in Ukraine (?) and anything could get uploaded it'll be the best of all without doubt xD

--- Quote from: pingryanime on August 09, 2011, 04:42:49 AM ---I always found japs who found the word jap insulting as stupid ._.

And that's coming from a jap.

--- End quote ---
Yea... jap is... how to say it? Like calling someone dude, pal or whatever. At least it looks like that to me. It's an informal, friendly term, is short and sounds cool ;D

I love jap things and culture. I'd never insult what I like studying the most <3. Lol, now it stuck to me. Jap... sounds catchy too xD

And I'm saying that while having a good sencha with azuki dorayaki while listening j-poptechno :D. Fuck, dorayaki are so addictive. Manjuu too, but dorayaki are softer, I feel like rubbing the casutera on my face xD. A midnight tea and dorayaki (well two of them actually :P) is heaven. But 160 kcal a piece... I'm going to become a ball of crap <_<

--- Quote from: Tatsujin on August 09, 2011, 04:48:24 AM ---when i think anime tracker, I think BBT... and I mean I thought that like, wayyyyy before I even registered.

--- End quote ---
Me too, first place for everything anime related :3

--- Quote from: Jarudin on August 09, 2011, 09:42:59 PM ---I thought this was going to be about the American economy  ::)

--- End quote ---
And you complain? Come see economy here... you'll feel much better about Americans then <_<

--- Quote from: pingryanime on August 09, 2011, 11:30:32 PM ---Ha. but everyone's suffering right now so you can't just make fun of america, gotta make fun of the world :P

--- End quote ---
Yeah... the world is fucked up in a [funny] way. I'm still waiting for the yen to drop, but seems like I'll be waiting for a while, may sit as well. I want a few thingies... a 電子辞書 *drools*, maybe a few CDs, men's bras... oh well, I would go broke >_>

100 Japanese yen = 5.39056558 Argentine pesos

Not funny when you look at numbers though, at ALL :-\

P.S.: Everyone got replies, happy?^_^

pingryanime:
heh, 77yen per dollar for USD <> JPY

Dale08:
brotip: The term "Jap" is considered to be offensive and an ethnic slur. Being Australian, to me it's always seemed like a common slang word. But nonetheless, it is considered offensive.

pingryanime:
brotip, I AM a jap and I dont find it offensive.

Dale08:

--- Quote from: pingryanime on August 10, 2011, 07:57:34 AM ---brotip, I AM a jap and I dont find it offensive.

So is the term one of those things considered offensive by those "politically correct" people who try to bubble wrap the world?
