you think so? I have them put a lot of meat into my pizza. I hate vegies.

Onions are a basic requirement in many non vegetable dressings, plus if you cook spinach right, it can taste just as delicious as noodles, obviously eating boiled spinach by itself is boring so you either add it to noodles, rice, meat, etc etc.
