This. Both me and my girlfriend are hanging out in /tg/
Best damned board in 4chan, not only is it full of win, but it has a lot of drawfags, so you can stumble upon a lot of warhammer 40k fan art.
Also it seems that /b/tards refrain from trolling the fa/tg/uys.
/b/ may be useful for pic collection, however it is a wildcard as you may be browsing for hours without finding anything new, just old copypasta and old memes.

/d/ isn't bad, the regulars are friendly and you'll find a lot of interesting topics about things you would never have thought possible.
