A more SFW version is reddit.  Well, they both are major time sinks.

I was trying out different proxies to 4chan and they kept redirecting me to 'Banned for CP' pages  :-\

Aw, you are saying as if it was a place of just cheap porn talk. Look at this thread: it's about math! Oh wait..... shit....  ;D
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

how troublesome would it be to apply "opening the page and read the first few contents then judge if its hideous or not" on 4chan?

i mean, "don't judge a book by it's cover" applies on sites as well, and it depends on person to person if they'll like the "contents".

The real problem is that 4chan is associated with /b/

In truth, /a/ will help you faster with any questions you have about anime or manga than even this forum. There are many boards that are not filled with retards. Indeed, /b/ was created for the sole purpose of collecting all the /b/tards in one place. Personally I love /tg/ as it provides me with a lot of rare Warhammer 40K pics and wallpapers.

The /b/ thread is not that bad, it has it's good moments.  But it's true, the /a/ community actually has good fun and conversations.  But a lot of bashing at times.

Needless to say, Tomoya has been exposed to high doses of cancer.

4chan is where all those stupid memesters ruining the internet come from. Don't be a part of it.

Oh, I can think of so many more things than memes that ruin the internet, starting with everything that adblock plus has to block ending with US Government that always tries to take control of the internet.
