A Starcraft MMO would totally be better than whatever Blizz is doing with Titan.

World of Starcraft would be awesome but on the other hand, as it's made by Blizzard, I'd rather not get it.

Dota 2 seemed very Dota so I am not interested.

Modern Warfare 3 PC to have dedicated servers.

I really hate it how things like this are (rare) features these days.   ::)

Blizzard makes great games. No idea why you would get so biased against them.

They have like three IPs that people know about: Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo. So if I think that WoW is total crap, Warcraft gamers were just horrible strategy games where they failed to implement RPG elements with RTS (thus DOTA became more popular), starcraft games fare better than warcraft, but they are not that great in neither concept nor gameplay with the exception of balanced competitive PVP.

Diablo was good back then, I wonder how people will recieve a mindless hack'n'slash nowadays. So for me, majority of the games made by Blizzard is utter crap, especially the entire Warcraft IP.

Warcraft 2 was fun at its time. Lots of funny things in the game, made it worth playing over its competitors in many ways (it still has a small competitive scene).

Warcraft 3 is probably the game with the most varied and fun user made maps of any game. There is some competition for the title but I think warcraft 3 takes it. (The game itself isn't good compared to its competition.) The only real competition in success of map making is probably Valves various games due to the success of CS.

D2 was good when it came out, there have been better dungeon crawlers before and after. D2 just did something right in its addition formula.

SC BW is a great, great PvP game, still worth watching today. SC2 is a meh generic RTS game after the first ~250 or so games. Then they made it hard to play custom maps that aren't the most popular, ruining their entire map making system (which showed the most promise of any recent game, still had some fun custom maps).

I agree, Warcraft & Starcraft aren't great in terms of varied RTS elements. That's why I love playing Age of Empire II (III is totally overshadowed by Empires: Total War). Every country has their special types of units while still maintaining the same units of the other countries. That, and there are 13 countries versus only 3 races in Starcraft.

When warcraft 2 and 3 were out, I was playing games with better RTS elements, especially C&C games and Total annihilation.

However back to the topic. NCSoft still did not announce the last profession in GW2  >:(

I loved Warcraft 2 and 3 for the story (and they were fun to play with friends) (I also liked the lore behind it). I was never in to C&C too much but dear GOD, Total Annihilation is definitely best RTS I ever have played (+ the nostalgia value). It haunted me for years as the "Robot game" when I was young, took me years to find out the name of the game and the game itself again (still do play it, not too often though).

And yeah, I noticed, I am really annoyed.  >:(

I'd like to get Guild Wars 2 BEFORE I am to go through the conscription thing.

Even C&C, I thought, was severely limiting in it's unique races. Not to say that each side wasn't unique or had unique units (they ALL were unique)... it's just being limited to 2-3 sides or factions really didn't do it for me. For example, Empire Earth had a bunch of different countries but most of the units were the same for each country... was that fun or better? Not particularly... so why would I want to do that with less factions? In a 2 v 2 or 3 v 3 matchup in Starcraft 2... 9/10 times I'm gonna be facing the same race as what I'm playing (btw, play as Terran you asswipes).

If you liked TA, then did you like Supreme Commander? I thought it was a pretty good continuation game play and gui wise.

I did get Supreme Commander as soon as I heard of it's existence, never got to like it as much as I did Total Annihilation.

GUI wise I liked the expansion Forged alliance the most. SupCom is an awesome game that I still play.

No, I play with Sorian AI which is the best mod for the SupCom. Sorian AI often will send in 2 or 3 units by land or air from several directions just to probe the weakness in your defences. God help you if it finds a weak point in you anti air defence, because then in 4 minutes you will get 4 fully loaded transports flying through there to your base.

The link:

God help you if you are up against a Sorian controlled Aeon that has built a paragon. You will get nukes and endless amount of experimentals against your base.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Walk-through. Will be running at 60 FPS, nice detailed graphics. The game is only on the PS3. As for the Collection Edition (MGS1/2) will be on the PS3 and 360. I haven't seen the gameplays for the first and second ones. I really want to play the first one again, in HD.

Snake Eater doesn't look all that much better than the PS2 version. I mean, I liked Snake East better than Guns of Patriots.. but I would rather have MGS5

No jaggies. On PS3. Big Screen (hope you have one). HD. 60 FPS. A Real Controller. Don't think there's anything to complain about. Oh, and it's the "beginning" of the Snake Saga.
