I understood everything, but its strange to think about Yu's age. We have the Yu during Saya's time, and then Strength in Yu's body during Mato's time. How does that work? The timelines don't make sense since Mato knew Yu during her childhood, yet Yu was clearly in school with Saya probably while Mato was a little kid. (I'm guessing Saya is a decade older than Mato). Yu's timeline, I don't even?

did you see how yuu's face in mato's memories started disappearing and everyone else forgot about her? i think its because the memories were inserted in order for her to fit into a new life, so i dont think she actually was a child with mato. hope that clears things up a bit. though i must admite, the whole yuu/strength things is such a mindfuck

I love this anime, its just so visually impressive. I know many people will hate this anime because it separates so far from realism but i think thats exactly its strong point.

But i also agree, the part of Yuu (my favourite char!) is confusing

That makes a lot of sense! Since memories are manipulated in this anime through the deletion of anguish, and what comes with it! But DAMMMNNNN Yu, you're old. XD (Probably Saya's age) I guess it makes sense for her to relive her middle school days, since she missed out on it while strength took her place.

It is completely reasonable to watch this again for the drama. Gotta love those crazy girls.

Fucking awesome. Pure awesomeness! The scale and action and the story between the girls. Good shit. Doesn't even need a concrete backbone story to explain how and why things exist in the first place. Just jump in on this fun ride between friendship and battles! Go go. On episode 8!

Oh yea ... Come to think of it. That awesome FIGMA Black Rock Shooter Insane figure I bought with the huge box turned out to be this. It's still factory sealed! I feel like popping this shit out and assembling the figure after this episode.
