I feel very, VERY vindicated in holding out hope that Sayachan-sensei turns out (click to show/hide)not to be t3h Insane Evils Goddess of Pain for No Particular Reason. That cliché has been so overdone to death in so many anime that I would have about cried if they degraded & ruined Black Rock with it. Enormous amount of heart suddenly 'revealed,' as much as that could be a surprise 'reveal' based upon the previous Eps. & the OVA.
When the title of the episode appeared (click to show/hide)("A Hope That Shouldn't Have Been There" according to [WhyNot]) ... it just immediately seized at my heart and imagination.

Episode 7 - as epic as usual, but i just heard theres only gonna be 8 episodes in the series! Is this for real!? I'm hoping not, but wiki says the same, so... WHAT THE #@$% how can this be??? That's 4 less episodes of epicness, and that means next weeks is the last one!

I love this show, things that's transpired in this episode are epic, If blondie also reacts like this, it would mean that everything BRS did was meaningful.
