Let's just say, that if I didn't have a beard, I'd have a tattoo.

My friend Met pulls off a beard quite well, although he is overly hairy in general.

I only have a scraggly little thing on my chin. Sadly it cannot be seen on camera unless you are taking a pic from a foot or less in front of me.

I've had a full beard for 3 or 4 years now.  I trim it daily, fairly closely.  It's nice only having to shave my neck, and that only once or twice a week.

If I thought I could grow a handlebar mustache or a fu-manchu I would totally do it, but I don't think my facial hair will cooperate willingly.  That, or the long process of growing said hair would bug the shit out of me, and I can't look too scruffy in an office work environment.
