Garry's Mod is a good comparison... except for that fact that there is no survival part to the game. :P

Oh, there is a survival element in that game. Trying to survive all the flying objects that travel at high speed because they somehow unstuck from your botched project. And in multiplayer? Shit.... the stuff is flying at 100kph all over the place.
