Off-topic, so in spoiler:
(click to show/hide)I stumbled upon it when looking into other modern fighting techniques like Israeli Krav Maga. There is an acronym "unibos" which would translate into "universal fighting system(a)" and is basically a fluid motion based fighting system unarmed, with knives or firearms. Actually a video like this one demonstrate it well and the explanation in anime about seemingly weak attacks that feel powerful must hold some truth because in this video some attacks seem like bullshit, yet people get knocked down.
ON-TOPIC: This show is so much worse without the narrator... I had hopes that maybe he would show up in the second episode or something.

I can tolerate the lack of Norio Wakamoto as narrator (even though I do miss him), Nagi's "little sister" is somewhat tolerable (even if she's annoying), but Manglobe's art and animation is downright horrible, and this Hina-centered episode made that ever so more clear. It's as if they're not even trying to make it look good.

The first thought that came to my mind is that they have a shitty budget this time, so animation is crap.
Looking back at it, J.C.Staff did the best animation (2nd season), but I would gladly accept Synergy animation too (1st season) instead of the animation style of the 3rd season.

Then I guess the movie also had a weak budget, because that looked quite underwhelming as well.
