I have S.A.D aswell as Depression ^^;

Although it is hard to deal with I just get on with it  but it is annoying when you have freak outs and nobody understands why and you just can't explain to them why you're having this freak out.

WTF! :o
So there's a handful of us here with SAD then, Anyway I have one but I think its not SAD but a some kind of Anti-social Personality Disorder. I'm pretty good myself with my social skills but I'm getting this horrible ugly negative thoughts when I'm around a groups of people other than my family and circle of friends that triggers my anxieties and insecurities.

@RawrCake
AD is often associated with depression. Just PM me and will have a chat if you need some advice, I'd be glad to help. :)

I know it is.  Honestly?  I don't really need any advice in that area just now.  I've actually started getting alot better since I moved out of my parents since my father was one of my main reason for my depression.  My SAD came from being mugged and an unfortunate incident at a friends house which left me terrified, but like I said I've been getting alot better from support from close friends. :)
