I think this is a show to watch several times. No one can see all there is to see in only one viewing. I have seen all episodes twice so far.

I started following the plot in about episodes 2 or 3ish, and was on track by episode 5. Episode 1 was like "wtf is going on?" lol but hey the animation and music .. TOP NOTCH!
Btw, the misunderstandings of the word "sex" ought to be one of the best parts in this series ... and it spread to 3 other characters! HAAAAHAHHAHAHAHA *coughs*

I think there must be a translation of a joke about a dog named sex, that the creators must have heard.
Say Tats, do you know anything about in the translation the king of Musashi keeps calling himself by the pronoun "Ich" as if he were speaking German or something. I can't even follow along listening to the Japanese, so I am totally taking the translators word for this.
