Second season was expected, it's hardly surprising. The story is just too damn good not to do it, sales are doing well on DVDs and BDs as well and if i'm not mistaken, season 2 was announced at teh end of the last episode of season one.

I liked this anime from the very first episode. Very good animation, and beautiful characters. Yeah most of the girls had big boobs but it was fitting. Oh and hair-styles were just amazing. Also some interesting characters like Aoi Toori and Honda Masazumi.

Didn't like only one thing. Too many characters for a 13ep anime, i couldn't remember names of most of them. But that's not a big deal.

Fighting was also interesting and beautiful. I'd rate this anime 8/10.

Anyways, looking forward to the second season. That'll be fun.

Heh, I can't even begin to understand how people can enjoy this beyond the animation... The story barely makes any sense, they drowned us in dozens of ridiculous characters that also barely make any sense. Also the ending... What I hate most about it is that I'll probably watch the second season just to know what the fuck else they can come up with to try to make sense of all the fiasco.

1- Anime characters, you find sense in them ? congrats.
2- Horizon Ariadust (click to show/hide)(P-01 automated doll) Was constructed by original father of Original Horizon Ariadust using the remains of her soul, her emotions were used to create the Armaments of Sin and divided between various nations as means of upholding balance and to make sure everyone follows the Testament. Aoi Tooru decided that he will ask P-01 out for a date because she looks exactly like the girl he was in love with as a child. In the meantime her Father blows up an empty district and announces that P-01 is an incarnation (kind of) of his daughter and is not only the final Armament of Sin but also the only one that can control them all in order to stop the apocalypse. She was abducted by the Testament union (lolol the vatican church lolol) and the Ariadust Academy decided to free her and grant her security. It was explained in detail how the wall works, if you touch it you are forced to face your greatest sin, if you can't deny it then you are going to be disintegrated.3- PAY ATTENTION TO ANIME WHEN YOU WATCH IT, NEVER SKIP IT BY FAST FORWARDING!

Plot is good, but if you don't pay even the slightest attention, you will miss on many things.

while I do agree that the cast is huge for a half-season length anime, the plot is good and complex, like havoc said you've got to pay careful attention, watching it a second time answered many of my questions. can't wait for second season, i think first episode aired today?
