Rofl, I don't see any reason or rule why you shouldn't. Just make sure you aren't duplicating a thread and you'll be fine; I think I would find it amusing as well. XD

Meh, that's what the lounge is for, isn't it?

I think a good substitute would be "Chats and Quotes of BakaBT", though. I made this on another forum site and it seems to be fairly popular and quite funny. It's a thread where people put funny quotes from the forums, IRC, or MSN; etc. If you brainstorm and refine you can come up with some really good thread topics.

Protip: next time just make those threads instead of making a thread about making other threads and confuse people with vague info. It's not like you need to ask us for any permission. Actually it is halfway ruined because you did. Last time mgz, KoC and me wanted to amuse ourself by making a thread that was a parody of Semnae's pathetic threads, we just pulled off this one.

Heh, typing answers to posts and also using MIRC at an earlier point in my 'internet career' means I can sometimes type quite rapidly, but 'speed posting' really only happens for me when I'm thinking 'smoothly' as well.

I seriously don't what I was attempting to do when I made that post.

I think I was trying to be funny, but I keep forgetting that 'funny' doesn't really happen unless you make it super obvious.

Maybe I should have use the old standby "But there are no girls on the interwebs" routine.
