Somehow if I'm disturbed even when sleeping it pushes the time when I want to wake up, so that means alarm clocks for me are no-no.

Hahah i know what you mean.  I have a bit of the same problem.  Alarm clocks either make me cranky and stubborn, or i don't even notice them going off.

lol likewise I just sleep through them. As a deep-sleeper I've been able fall asleep and have a dream, within 9 minutes or so.

^ making the alarm clock sound like a phone ring or door bell seems to work way better than other kinds of tunes.

Nothing helps. I go get it from wherever it is, turn it off and go back to sleep T_T IF i even wake up for tuning it off.

doesn't change the fact that you didn't realize that you're already awake and walking towards your alarm clock.

PS: buy a 200watt spotlight and hotwire it onto a timer, make it flash upon your face at full brightness. damn its gonna be one heck of a tan.

Id have to set up a video camera while i sleep to find out what i do to mine, i always set up 5-7 alarms but when i finally wake up they are all turned off and far far away from where i put em. Or the second scenario is that my neighbours wake me up by banging on my door cause my alarm clocks been on for hours.

It seems if I focus on my back while even slightly awake it makes getting up easier.
