The description text could be more informative... but despite that I can recommend the movie series. Monokage released the first movie and I hope the rest follow in a timely manner. Maybe other groups are going to pick it up? Who knows.
The first movie was interesting. I liked it, it piqued my interest. What do we have? First, there's Quon and his friends/comrades that have some kind of supernatural powers. With these powers they try to find other supernaturals and protect them. Protect them? Yes, because second, there's an unknown organisation that tries to capture them. What their motives are (both sides) is unknown up to now.
- Quon seems to be very old despite his appearance, like very slow aging or even as of now immortal.
- These enemy cyborgs are very interesting, especially the blond haired one. The way he's presented makes him look like some possible ally or at least someone who may question things.
- The organisation is also pretty mysterious as they are apparently bigger than Japan. I can't wait for more.
- What could Quon's gang be? Mutants? Can't think of anything else.
- Who or what is Towa? A friend? Quon's brother/sister? Iirc, Quon reacted strangely when the word brother was said in one scene. Damn, is my short term memory so weak? >_> Could Towa's ability transformed him/her into that sakura tree?
Quon's hair is so awesomely oldschool!!!
Wow, seems like I'm really interested in this series. Didn't know I would write so much about it.
