Havoc10K:
I wouldn't read too much about his gramps, but yeah, (click to show/hide)I wonder about the intervention, however I think it's just her inner instincts for wanting to be truly loved and not just some sexual object her father held her as. Also she clearly had feelings for Chihiro past the few eps we seen so it probably just moves onwards in her "drunken" state right now. And that is how we should call it at this point, she is drunk with freedom, literally, I have a feeling that she knows her father is not watching her every move which makes her so happy and free she actually got drunk from it.

We know he has to figure this out, but from the preview I think it will go well. i don't think she will permadie from not eating the leaves, I think it's more like, maintaining the mixture, perhaps he used too little extract in his medicine which makes it this way.

(click to show/hide)Drunk? I'd call it hunger. She hungers to be free, and now that she's a zombie, she got what she wanted. However, at what price, other than just her life, does it come?

(click to show/hide)The poison in those leaves is what keeps Rea's body 'fresh', so I think it works as some sort of substitute for blood. And because she uses a lot of it, the effect wore off, which might have been the reason why she entered rigor mortis in the first place (though Chihiro seems to imply that it would have happened anyway). Either way, I still think that not consuming hydrangea will have serious consequences for her, and dying again is a viable possibility, unless I'm proven otherwise.

Havoc10K:
(click to show/hide)If you pay attention to how she acted, she was "dead" drunk with freedom and happiness, she was overjoyed she broke her fathers grip. She dropped her guard completely and her face was flushed when Chihiro came back, as for her body, humans use a lot more energy than a mere cat, so I'd guess she will need more than one leaf a day I think, it's good they have an ample supply :)

SeventyX7:
I'd hesitate before referring to the "Sanka is different form Babu" card.  Babu contracted the zombie virus first, so in many ways he will be the reference for what will happen to Sanka later.

Sort of like a test animal.   ;)
