You can bang your family member from 4th branch downwards, at least here in Poland, 3rd branch is still considered close family so it's a no go. in Japan it's probably the same, though it seem cousins in Poland that are 4th branch can't be banged, in Japan it seems they can since they are considered 3rd branch, it's not really complicated stuff, but the numbers can be confusing a bit. In Short, 3rd branch in Poland is no go although some members of family that are 3rd branch are cousins, but the cousins from 4rth branch can be banged.
Personally I liked Wanko earlier but she started to piss me off and those smelly cow tits of hers are annoying me.
I suppose it's becoming more widely known that Rea is a zombie, and if Mero didn't know, thanks to baka Wanko, she does now.

I did research on it not too long ago. tl;dr its more taboo in the west then other places in the world. it is legal in japan and although it isn't common place it happens.
