I hope someone else answers as well, because I cannot remember it having a need for censorship. I don't remember nudity. And one would think I would remember Rea, Rea's mother, or Wanko's body if I saw them.

My bad. I was thinking of the OVAs and then... (click to show/hide)The photoshoot made me so uncomfortable, that sick pervert, and the censorship just took an eraser to her nipples and such, that I completely forgot about it. I'd gotten too used to white bars from one end of the TV to the other for censorship.

You're confusing the TV broadcast of the regular show with the OVAs, as the latter were never censored (considering they were DVD/Blu-Ray exclusives).
