The 9900 Bold they released is quite good, though the ripped off the steel metal frame off the iphone 4
When was the last time you saw someone with a RIM Playbook?

RIM is not "failing" that badly, they are rapidly losing consumer market share, but their buisness market share is still very strong.

IIRC they are still profitable. They just are losing market share as tomoya has stated. The real losses afaik will begin if they can't get rid of the playbooks.

They are a potential target of a takeover by some because of the ridiculous patent war that has begun to go wild across the board for smartphone companies.
