ISP Bandwidth Limits

The issue isn't really you going over the limit it's the congestion and the stability of the network. If you start using your max bandwidth and the network is horrible you(one single user) can effect the entire node your own. Most ISP's that have caps won't impose them unless you're messing with the bandwidth stability of the node.
The ISP I have has a low 250gb cap that I break every month, by at least double. Never once gotten a letter or been throttled. Though my friend has the same ISP and gets letters all the time. He also happens to be in a bad area of the network with bad over sold nodes.
