Looks to me they don't want to let an "outsider" to really know what happened then, my bet is it's about something after her death.

Got about 1/2 way through this episode before I reminded myself this was supposed to be a horror flick type anime. I was just having way too much fun. Must have been thinking too much of how to hook up with the nurse.

Anyone else notice how when she falls on the stairs it wasn't like a trip but more of a missed step, and would therefore fall backwards onto her back, and it even looks like that's how she falls at the beginning but then she magically falls forward and rolls? Kinda convenient and unrealistic but whatever I still watched the whole thing in awe.

If it was the first step she would have backflipped, but since she was in a double panic mode (Her mother had an accident and she probably saw Mei) she was set to run away ASAP, therefore her weight point was going on and even if she seemed to try to back flip she couldn't due to the weight point pulling her down.

That and the magical wand of fate and Animu World kicked in and we had a new facepalm as well as a new head desk last ep, if you watch the elevator scene carefully, the nurse magically smashed her head first. I loll'd

I'm beginning to get a little dissapoint.  I feel the retardation levels are rising.  The plot mechanisms are becoming incredibly convoluted and ridiculous to generate the highest gore and shock levels.  The horror factor is being neglected to the point this is becoming a slasher comedy.  After this Ep. 04, I quite frankly don't give a god damn about any of the remaining characters and they can all die off in some parody or another of Friday the 13th part XXVII.

OKay ... so I'm getting a LOT dissapoint. 

Gonna keep watching this through and hope it gets better, but I'm seeing unhopeful signs ...

Yeah, but even if her center of gravity was shifted forward, if you watch the scene you can see her fall backwards and then magically fall forwards. I've fallen down the stairs before a few times because I was running too fast and every time even though you are running down the stairs you still fall backwards unless you actually trip on something, which wasn't the case here.

I go with Underwater, but it's all up to your opinion. The best according to MyAnimeList is also Underwater. You could also go with horriblesubs if you like, since they release a little bit faster.

They keep telling him to uphold the rules, but how is he supposed to do it if he Doesn't know the damn rules ?

I don't think so, so far we know his father moved with him, and his aunt is actively talking with him. If he was dead but unaware and other see him and interact normally it wouldn't make sense much. We don't know much about other classmates so we probably need to wait a bit more, but he and Mei are probably 100% not guilty.

She IS visible. Look closely and you can see her leg and her body (the dark spot underneath the guy's elbow)

Anyway, Mei confirmed real. Now the question is, who is the real dead one?

Kouichi is a logical step, but given that his mother died during child birth, he should have been spared, if Mei's cousin's death spared her from dying.

It would make a nice reference to The Others, though, if he indeed is the dead one.

Do you even listen to yourself ? or read what you write ?

Go back to the episode 3 where the countermeasures girl was absent and then said she still should have handled things. No one told him anything, and that is why he does things, the reason for not telling him was because no one wanted to make him do this like they are doing it. Next time, how about PAYING ATTENTION to what you ask to pay attention to ?

Class rep was probably the only one who really wanted to tell him. The others thought it was better to not tell him because they regretted what happened to Mei. That's why not even a single person in the entire class told him while she was absent. Class rep probably started seeing things their way too, which is why she didn't tell him later either.
