The plot mechanisms are becoming incredibly convoluted and ridiculous to generate the highest gore and shock levels. (click to show/hide)Yeah, but even if her center of gravity was shifted forward, if you watch the scene you can see her fall backwards and then magically fall forwards. I've fallen down the stairs before a few times because I was running too fast and every time even though you are running down the stairs you still fall backwards unless you actually trip on something, which wasn't the case here.

I go with Underwater, but it's all up to your opinion. The best according to MyAnimeList is also Underwater. You could also go with horriblesubs if you like, since they release a little bit faster.
