Another [Series]

But still i liked the series :) Give it a try ^_^

I strongly recommend watching the series staring from the OVA as it does make certain things easier to understand later on.

I'll watch it from tv show first as OVA's feel like they need to be watched second. I like it when shits complicated.

I agree with Havoc. If you watch OVA at first you'll understand better what's going on. (Just watched it :D)
But in my opinion this OVA would spoil all the creepiness of Series. ://
And about OVA. It was a good one. And I like laughing Mei much more, than the one in the series.

Technically, the point of the ova was to explain her relations with her sister, you practically see NONE of that information until much later in the show, and even that is scarce so just watch the OVA since it more or less ends exactly where the first episode starts.
