hey people i have looked all over the place i am not sure if it is licensed. i know the manga is on hiatus can anyone help me find it or tell me its licensed or not

For manga, you don't need to worry about licensing. But from what I can see, this manga isn't available in English in any case.

i own the manga eng hard copys i just cant get to them plus i want to read them on my xoom
