Getting Cold

That's approx -6C here.
Maybe not shorts and t-shirt... but I have seen people in short sleeves in -15C weather here. As long as it's not windy, it's not a big deal.

Why one and not the other?
To be honest, it started getting cold here last Thursday/Friday.

I dont notice the cold on my legs, but I do on my arms /shrug
Of course, this only applies to when I am running errands and such that I will be spending most of the time in a car or a building.
