Why one and not the other?

I dont notice the cold on my legs, but I do on my arms /shrug
Of course, this only applies to when I am running errands and such that I will be spending most of the time in a car or a building.

Actually, same here. I don't mind cold legs moreso than I mind cold arms.

cold legs is much more easily remedied with walking around and such. Thats why i can do shorts sandals a polo shirt, jacket and gloves/hat when needed and im totally fine in like 0 degree weather and thats real zero not that pussy celsius zero

By real zero, I guess you mean zero fur-man-hat rather than 0 Kelvin or 0 Rankine, 'cause there's nothin' more real than the absolute, doncha know. :P

It's going the other way down here in Aussie land.
It's starting to get to the point where we don't need to wear a jumper when we go outside and we are getting more sun than rain which is good.
Give it another couple of months and we down here in Perth will be heading toward the 'HOT' part of the year and I'll be wishing for 20' C days again. lol
