Getting Cold

I'll wait until the October when it hit's -10 and then start jogging outside to get in better shape. I like jogging more during the winter because the cold air makes sweating less annoying and there is something about grasping cold air with your lungs that is at first uncomfortable, but after a while much more pleasant than warm air.
Oh, funny thing, I never caught cold that way, usually it is when I sleep with my feet sticking outside the blanket while the window and the door are open making a draft.

Jogging during the winter actually improves your immune system, regular practice is important. I doubt you catch that many colds actually, your Immune system should be pretty tough to break, probably just a flu every now and then right ? Even then it shouldn't be very hard on you.
The cold air has more benefits as well, I think you should be able to google it. Personally I love the smell of winter air.

I just wait winter. This is why in October Im going to Florida for 9 days to look for a place to move to.

I was in Florida at Christmas a few years ago. My mind was boggled that I could go out in a tshirt in December
