If you paid a bit more attention to the conversation they had you would notice he said the truth.

We might find out later on.

I liked the fight and conversation between Karen and Araragi.

So what, it is just poor storyline to have him capitulate just because someone tells him to leave town.  Well my main problem is that it is such an anticlimax, many fans of the series have been complaining about the lack of pace, and when we finally get to the crux, nothing happens, he sais ok and leaves? give me a break.

He says why he agrees to leave. Karen approached him alone so he could fight her off, Senjougahara came with help, he can't fight this off. If he didn't agree, i would be more scared of what she would do than what Araragi would do, even considering what happened to Karen. I should probably pray that Araragi and Senjougahara would never get into a serious argument in their love affair, that would likely end unwell for our vampire-ish boy lol.

It was cute, though

Can't wait for the next arc. I hate waiting for new nisemonogatari every week :(

And the conman dude pretty much said he knows what araragi is and hes scared of him. He didnt have much choice but to do what he did. He could be lying tho.

Senjougahara awaits! Araragi's big pimping. Shinobu wants some play too. I'd want to play more twister with Hanazawa's char first tho ;)

Is it just me or does Kaiki look like a vampire himself? (no, that's not a spoiler)

Yup, you can say many things about her, but she has a load of pride, and self respect.

She would staple Araragi if he tried anything too naughty.

OMG I just finished reading Kizumonogatari, I absolutely cannot wait for the movie. And everything makes sense now from the series.

I need to learn to read japanese/kanji so I can get into light novels for real. It was seriously great, and would have been 1000x better in the original language :(

I knew life is not fair and Anime is one of the only ways to correct that, but ....

Ararararararararagi should reaaaaaaaaly go to the deepest scariest depths of hell.

Because ... he has the cutest sisters I have ever seen in anime ! THAT IS JUST NOT FAIR !

By the gods! 8th episode is the best thing I have seen ever. The series really outdid itself with the best psychological terror/sexual fetish ever!

I think I will go and rewatch it again because it's full of win!  ;D
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

My face throughout the episode:

At one point I thought "Wow, did this really air on TV?"

Agreed, it's awesome.
On the other hand I want to see what the little little sister will do.

Deserves a full re-watch several times, even after BluRays come out :)

He also admitted a few things about Hanekawa which surprised me a bit.

I thought someone would bring this up :D We should realize that he hardly ever talks or thinks seriously. At that point he was basically just thinking "Tits and curves!"

But he DID admit it.

That's something, and hardly surprising, cuz she is what he said.
