Yes, it's about getting the bakemono out of his sisters. Why does that mean there shouldn't be any other characters in it? It's still actually about Araragi's life.

Araragi, not Hitagi. Also, even though we know this is a sequel, we don't know from which point in the bakemonogatari story this will play out. I'm betting before the Bakemonogatari story, and after the ... vamp girl. Her name is so damn long I can't remember it right :)
