It would explain the scar being gone, even after Araragi said the docs said it would never fade. +10 points for remembering such a detail about your sister and +20 points for groping your sister just because it was there lol.

I dont think he ever really had a second sister, that seemed what they were implying, oh well we'll find out next week.

That's what I understood as well. (click to show/hide)The fact that she inserted herself into Koyomi and Karen's memories does make her seem like a 'bad gal', but as of this episode her intentions don't seem to be bad so I'm siding with her being the 'good gal' being made out to be evil. If she wanted to do something bad, I think she's had plenty of chances to do so.
