I ask because Bake had that streaming episode that came out like a month or two after the anime ended that concluded the series.

Yeah it's over though a special could be coming later on as well because everyone wants to see Tsukihi's and Karen's faces when they see Hitagi lol. Tsukihi was quite shocked when Koyomi told her he has a girlfriend lol.

Yes, it's done. 11 Episodes are all this show has.
As for subs, either go for Commie or ColorMeSubbed. Commie did very well, despite being really fast (usually a day after airing). CMS also did good, but they're hella slow and have yet to release the final episode (though they'll probably do so over the weekend).

I think the most iconic in this show was relations Araragi has with Karen, since those two showed performed quite a ...show.
what is really left to do is an episode dedicated to Hitagi, probably his sisters meeting her, and all the unusual innuendos.
It won't be surprising if there will be at least one special. Everyone is hoping, but the entirety of the story was completed and wrapped up, they just like to tease us but I think that actually a special will come out before the Movie hits us with all of it's might.
