Coalgirl had some weird logic on shows she could and couldn't do thanks to Tera disrupting her encoding projects, and apparently Nisemonogatari only makes sense if she was on top of it or something. Sorta sounds like she just means the TV version though, given the BD isn't out, right?

I could swear that the lesbian pervert from Bleach got them at least once. I also remember Minori got one in Toradora trying to suggest a haunted house for their school festival (though not the same reason as a guy would get one, yeah.)

I'm thinking it's just far more acceptable to make guys perverts. And far less likely that a show that would use this sort of joke would make a guy the object of affection. And it's not really the sort of joke that shows up in Shoujo/Josei series.

Acchi Kocchi got a female character nosebleeding a lot (Haruno Hime)
But then again Io could even get a drained vampire victim to nosebleed :p

Looked into it on Anime-Planet, one character's hair reminded me of Konata, now I want to watch it. Thanks!

Like someone pointed out, someone else's bound to pick up Nise, its too awesome to be ignored.

Well, I guess us guys tend to be more perverted than girls, so that's why it's ok to portray 98% (totally made up number) of guys as perverts in anime. The only shojo I have watched that I honestly enjoyed was Lovely Complex and yeah, there were no nosebleeds there; but then again there wasn't any ecchiness to trigger nosebleeds XD
