What fansub group did HOTD uncensored?

I'm basing the censor on two scenes, in the first episode where he bashes a zombies head in (its blacked out) and on...episode 7? I think, where a little zombie kid has a shotgun to his face and gets his brains blown out. (Also blacked out)

I have Coalgirls HOTD and those scenes are blacked out, is it really so or is that intentional?
