Got around to watching first ep, absolutely loved it, as if I expected anything less. Hope its a long season and not short like last one was, though 13 eps is a lot better than none.
I cant help but go rewatch the first season now, where araragi first meets hachikuji. Shes soooo cute.

You're out of luck, then. Shinbo announced they'll be making 11 episodes.

Ok.
I thought the first episode was incredibly amusing and fun, but this is much better so far (except the fact that so far no Senjougahara yet in this episode)
Also, Araragi has 2 far too cute sisters. He should be banned from existence for this sin.

All I can say about the second episode is Kanbaru took it up a couple notches, but I miss Senjougahara dammit. Bring her in next episode please!!!!!!!!! ;D
