Yeah, JET is pretty sweet. It's considerably less sweet if you ALT with different companies though :\. Japanese schools can be pretty hardcore, but how they teach English is pretty asinine. All students take six years of English, but most cannot hold a conversation (or really speak at all) by the time they graduate.
