Hey that shouldn't stop you! You can pic up a little coleman type charcoal grill for $20 at walmart. My apartment complex doesn't allow charcoal grills on decks or porches but I haggled with the landlord to let me use my little charcoal grill out on the lawn. Even a relatively cheap sirloin cut tastes delicious after grilling over charcoal.

Just go to a public space that allows/doesn't care about it and have a picnic.

Lol it's rarely warmer then 5C anymore so I think I'll just figure something else out.
