Can't seem to download from Fileserver

Don't know a better place to put this so it ended up here.

Is anyone else having problem? I type in the human-checker, the timer counts down, then I click slower download, but then the connection times out. Its been doing this since yesterday.

ColdFission:
Well, I have been using Fileserve for a while now, but recently (this hasn't happen to me before) I have been hitting their "daily limits". At least that is what Jdownloader is telling me. So I have to wait like 24 hours until I can download again. I think I managed to get 3 or 4 downloads done until I hit their wall.

Its probably due some daily limit but its been a long time since I used a Chrome to do any direct HTTP downloads when it comes to fileserve, so I wouldn't know what the message would look like in a browser.

Some info on their premium account:

Its been over 24 hours, yet I still get the same "connection has timed out" screen. I'm worried this is some of Comcast's treachery.

ColdFission:
Try to run a glasnost test (Comcast, should have known lol).

Try running some of these (note: Java is needed) tests to see if you are being shaped/throttled by them.

nstgc:
I ran that test 3 times. My upload doesn't seem to be limited, but my download...well...

In any case, I don't think it would be something general like what this is looking for as I have downloaded large files lately over the internet through channels other than FS (GOG had a sale on DnD games). Also, Media fire seems to be working fine. Only File Sever is timing out. I thought maybe someone (either Comcast or FS) are blocking specifically, but I had no reason to believe that aside from this most recent problem. Also the problem just happened. In the morning, Saturday, everything worked fine, but that afternoon it started screwing up.
