I use sound effects from Gundam personally.

I use this for emails, though slightly clearer.

I use the do-da-do...do-da-dooo from the MSG episode titles for my phone calls.

I used to use Megaman background tracks, but in spite of the nerd cool I had to switch. They're annoying after a while.

I used to have some of the ringtones from the Steins;Gate PC Game as well, but I still didn't get around to get them on my WP7 device (I have them as regular music, though).

so many restrictions, need to be under 45s, was it, under certain size (can't remember what) and on top of that, you need to switch the file ''type'' into ringtone.
