Does seeing a locked topic make you want to read it?

I check out most of em though from what I see it locked because of a similar topic already being out.

I'm not really that curious. Locking a topic doesn't mean there's some dark secret in it. It just means, replies aren't needed anymore, but you can still poke your nose around.
