I just watched what the site I downloaded it from called the finale.. and it felt like one... Really dispointed with the end.. it feels like it was cut short for some reason... like they just decided, stuff it, ima just end the series now... and then they end it teasing as if they might make another series.. and im like.. BUT U ENDED THIS ONE TOO SHORT U NUMNUTS!

the end of the episode was the preview of the next (they even showed the name of next episode)

and it looks like Taichi isnt gonna go for the harem ending

Wonder when that will be released, I'm guessing the next phenomenon will be more complex than all the previous ones combined, or I'm just being too optimistic.

This has been a great series. I really can't wait for the remaining episodes. Having to wait until... March, I think it is, is really bloody irritating. But at least the final episode to air on TV was a great ending for that arc.

Also, am I the only one who has a sneaking suspicion that there isn't going to be any unusual phenomenon in the final arc, and it's just going to be normal drama? I don't know why, but I have a feeling that's what it's going to be. Maybe because there seems to be enough drama left to deal with to make an entire normal drama series out of. Then again, it would break from the theme of having their problems solved thanks to these phenomena, so who knows.

What I heard was that episode 14 & 15 of Kokoro Connect will air (webstream or BD, I don't know exactly) in February/March 2013 and 16 & 17 will follow after those.

Now really >.> I didn't like this ending. There must be more of this anime. And only because it was too short, and too fast-paced in the end, and because the Heartseed's and Number Two's issue wasn't explained well enough I'm rating this 3.5. I will change the rating to 4.5 though if there are OVAs or second season or a movie.

Overall this was a great anime, but really the ending was not what I would like to see.

As we were just discussing, the first season hasn't ended yet. They're just doing what Bakemonogatari did and releasing the entire last arc months after the rest of the show has finished airing on TV. To my extreme irritation.

So yeah, presumably the thing with heartseed 1 and 2 will be explained better in the final bit, and the whole relationship issue with Taichi and Nagase is definitely going to be resolved, judging by the preview.

AniDB says that this is based on a novel. Is that novel translated to English?

...I hate cliffhangers...

Edit: Found it, it is.
Edit2: Although, only the first book of what I can find...
Edit3: Oh gosh, no... It has as many spelling/grammatical errors as the scanlated Battle Royale novel... This will be a pain.

^ enjoy. The translators are my friends, asked them to make as many mistakes they possibly could.
