Well, you have two choices; either you go to sleep and wake up 9 o'clock to the birds singing, or stay up all night watching anime while writing on the forum and walk around like a zombie the next day, feeling content and like the world is wonderful (or that's how I feel with lack of sleep, although I'm very unproductive).

It's 7 in the morning and instead of sleeping till late on a sunday i am atteneding a company law class. I think i may fall asleep in a few minutes.

And you all talk too much... You ppl filled up 2 pages since i went to sleep.

Well i slept 5 minutes after my last post.

And woke up just now after more than 2 hours.
My class will be short today as the auditorium is booked by someone today so probably it'll end in half an hr instead of more than an hour.

^ Dhruv, this #2 isn't as active as the 1st one. But it is becuase the active members hav changed, now this is back to the normal speed.

Well i looked at the 1st thread it started back in 2007... And closed in 2011

This one has more than 10000 posts in less than a year. This thread is less active?!

No. This one is definitely faster. Since about March or so of 2011 we influxed in the number of forum spammers who decide to have conversations in forums rather than in a chat so this thread kind of blew out of control recently.

I believe with the addition of Mah, tomoya, Havoc finally joining this thread more, Tiyler, Kyrdua, etc etc the rate of reply went through the roof. Hence the recent addition of the IRC channel. $:-\$

^ yeah, and the resulti9ng channel took down the thread activity.

and the old thread peaked around page 800, which is, 120 pages after my 1st post in there.
But while the speed in the old one was rising, it was closed during the peak and continued in this thread, which has been slowing down for the last 200 pages. and with slowing down, I mean, it is down to 2-5 pages per 24h.

@mAh: yeah 2-5 pages per 24 hrs is the usual speed i see over here... Sometimes it's over that like today
I slept and woke up and they had written over 3 pages...
