Slightly late to the conversation here, but lolicon (short for lolita complex, as people have said), or rorikon if you're using the proper romanisation, means paedophile. That is the exact definition - it doesn't have anything to do with only liking hentai or whatever. So, if you say you're a lolicon, you're saying you're a paedophile.
Obviously, its adoption and usage by the English-speaking anime/hentai community is generally considered, within that community, to only refer to hentai girls (ie. it's distinct from liking real-life children), but that's just a quirk of this community (also possibly to some extent among hardcore Japanese otaku too, but I wouldn't rely on that). I'd be very careful using it anywhere else, because people will, likely as not, think you're a paedophile. Especially if you're talking to a normal Japanese person.
