Firstly, they hermophrodites are not fertile... They usually carry off other children who are hermaphrodites like they are. Atleast that is what happens here.

Secondly, well HIV can be weapon to eliminate overly reproducing humans but it I don't think it is too effective. Smallpox would work better if you ask me.

Thirdly, yes the chemically enhanced foodstuff available in the market is responsible for damaging the chromosomes I did some research on it. Pretty much everything in our immediate environment influences our growth. If the environment is corrupted then so will the newborns be.

HIV is very effective actually, long incubation, easiness of spreading, perfect for long term killings. Smallpox works much faster, and is much easier to diagnose, you could theoretically modify HIV virus to do more damage over time, and work slightly faster, and spread over air and not it's standard way, that way you could kill a lot of people in a much faster way.
Over a much bigger area as well.

If HIV was designed to be a weapon of population control, it did serve it's purpose in the early days of it's discovery, but now there are ways to protect yourselves from it.

It's still an effective killer though.

A NUKE has two undesirable effects, radiation pollution and blast area resulting in high area damage, and often scorching the earth and making it uninhabitable for any life except Godzilla and the likes

The NUKE's EMP blast is good for disrupting operations and all electronics, disabling electronic equipment cripples those that survive the NUKE blast, additional radiation polluting the blast area kills everything else that survives and doesn't manage to escape.

The initial Shockwave from the NUKE is a good way to destroy everything in the immediate area and the heat blast burns the initial area.

Judging by that menu, there appears to be a conspiracy to turn the Japanese into a bunch of fat fucks like us Americans. That said, I would still be willing to sample the majority of items on that menu. If I'm not going to live forever, I may as well eat something enjoyable before I die.
