I'd hide/move the site management button, give some sort of job size indication, but it's quite pretty if I'm honest.

I'm not sure if it's relevent given people might already know, but like, if you're planning on corporate sized work or start-up sized work.

Tried to find out how to make site management link show for authenticated users only, no luck so far.
Mah it's like a sub site for resource management so no serious risks so far.

I might put it at the bttom in a simiilar colour to the backgraound like you do with legal stuff. Just a suggestion on things I've seen elsewhere.
