I woman was running down the stairs.
what I saw was:
*boing boing boing boing*
I tought to myself: ''damn, at least I know where I look now''
dunno how to explain this sake... the smell is bit appleish, the taste is bit fruity?
14,5%, extract is 43 g/l, sugar 9 g/l and there are 0.9 g/l of acids.
The bottle size is 0.72l.
It is made of rice and springwater of Nada(miyamizu), the rice is polished under 60% of the original weight.
the bottle is called; Hakutsuru Superior Junmai Ginjo.
and ginjo class sake is enjoyed when it is 7-12C.
Junmai tells us that this sake has no added alcohol.
What internet tells me of the taste;
Semi-dry, fruity, honey melon, citrus, light anise, delicately floral
oh, and supposedly goes with anything salty, most preferred seems to be chicken teriyaki, and this is supposed to enjoye chilled.
