Ah, stuff concerning tons of file management. However, if you don't frequently work with stuff that involves thousands of small files in a small area at a time (looking at you, eclipse <.<), or do lots of compiling of builds taking at least 200G (yeah, I know that shit), it shouldn't matter that much.

But if you're using UNIX OSs, power to you.

How about buying a new drive or taking one from someone on a loan for a day or two. Transfer you stuff on it and format your drive to the new system.

People don't usually keep empty drives in my experience :(

Yeah when your current Hard drive is full. Move the content of your present hard drive to the new one after changing the system of the new drive. Then change the system of your present drive.

Yeah, buying a new drive purely so you can change from NTFS to ext4 seems silly. There won't be any noticeable performance improvement 99% of the time. If you need a new drive anyway though, go for it.

My roommates and I play Fantasy Football, so we wanted to get Sunday Ticket, which gives us all the games. But it was too expensive, so we bought a seedbox based in the Netherlands, and because the NFL is trying to expand into Europe, you can get Gamepass (the online version of Sunday Ticket), for free.
$15 a month for a minimal box too.

So one of my roommates and I are using it to seed on various sites as well.
