Is Dog Days really watchable? I watched the first episode of the first season and the had it disappear into the eternal darkness of my hard drive.

I'll watch dog days after season 2 is released in BD.
Can't be bothered to wait for 6 months for the next season after watching the first one.

tbh I never understood the Minecraft hype. People were talking about "being creative" when playing the game but from what I saw, it's nothing more than a computer game version of old LEGO bricks. I dunno what's so creative about constructing a mural of Kratos or a statue of Dumbledore with these "bricks".

Not even when they make working calculators or cinemas...?

Edit:
Graphing calculator
Cinema

Edit2: Or even a working monitor that stores images in memory?
I have yet to see a person make that out of lego...

Edit3: Holy shite, someone even made Pong.

Man... what crazy days I had. Yesterday me and my pal took a trip to the lake with sea kayaks. The trip went smoothly, until we found a narrow river that we just had to explore. Went all the way up to the point of strong current and that is when it took the front tip of my kayak, and rammed it to one side of the river (at which point was only 4 meters wide). So lucky me as I was stuck in that narrow spot.

Without thinking too much about it, I attempted to crawl out, but the whole damned thing obviously tipped, so I briefly bathed in cold water. good thing we found cleared ground nearby in that wilderness so we quickly made a fire while I stripped down to my boxers. But hey, who cares about modesty when health is on the line and hypothermia is right around the corner?

Memorable trip indeed, good thing I did everything right and didn't get sick at all.

As soon as you said "I stripped down to my boxers" I imagined you and your pal both in your boxers snuggled up together for life-saving warmth as only two heterosexual bros can comfortably do.

I have no regrets.

The bonfire we made was way more effective, than body heat could ever be. Besides I needed a burned stick to close up a wound on my hand before I would mess up my clothes. Ash works wonders when you bleed a lot.

Also the irony that I was actually warmer while I was running around collecting wood, than when I was sitting still next to the fire. Afterwards I heated myself up by paddling non-stop back to the shore where we had our car, so today my shoulders are killing me.

Indeed. Why even go to someones place if your existence won't even be acknowledged?

Frankly, I consider minecraft to be brilliant. Yes, it is basically lego for the pc, but the added exploration aspect and difficulty in actually finding the stuff makes the end builds oh so satisfying. Also, there are no zombies, skeletons and kami kaze cactii trying to kill you while you put your lego tiles together.
