Well you are always at fault when you rear-end someone. they were cut-off, they slammed on their breaks, I slammed on mine, I didn't slowdown fast enough, and I am sure you can connect the dots
Yep. If you rear-end someone, 99% of the time, you were driving too close to them, which in most cases means you'll be the one considered at fault as far as the police & the courts are concerned. Insurance companies have a slightly different way of looking at things. If somebody else caused the conditions that led to the wreck, your insurance company may assign a percentage of the fault to that person, meaning that they won't be willing to pay for damage that person caused. When multiple insurance companies are involved, and they don't agree, that's when things get complicated.
I can't tell if everyone in the world is tired all the time, or it's just me.
It's not just you. I have weeks like that, where I wake up tired for several days in a row, and I'm tired all day. If I don't stay super busy all day, then I usually have a bad energy crash late in the afternoon. I'm in the middle of one of those weeks right now, actually.
Good news: I got a job interview for a good job, bad news: it's a hell of a long drive just to get there, moving is a bitch.
GL on your interview Ace. What industry are you getting into?
