Anyway, I think the post that led to this perma-ban was deleted - as it should have been, so since you never saw it, you're going to have to trust me when I say it warranted punishment. And since he was definitely on his last chance at that point, a perma-ban seems reasonable. It's not like he wasn't given plenty of warning.

@Bob, I have seen the stuff he has written on the forums and I can say, I've said sometimes, a lot worse stuff, but in lesser quanity.
and they normally don't delete posts that are on topic, unless they get onto the level my posts were when Duki had to warn me and delete MULTIPLE of my posts.
....and being an ass ins't directly against rules, flaming is, hence, resulting in temp ban unless, even after the ban, it is repeated VERY often.
Also, being an ass isn't the same as disrespect.

and as Ix said, Havoc was always cool to him, as he was cool to the people who were cool to him.
Many people tend to treat others as they want themselves to be treated. So, everyone should 1st think why someone treats some other person an ass. Then also, each should think, is oneself so pure that one could be the one to throw the 1st stone.

Oh yeah, what I think, perm bans are there for serious offenders and for people, who are repeatedly offending the rules hard enough.

in the first place we didn't destroy any evidence, we just had to delete the posts which were against the forum rules. i am giving you an example, so even you can understand it. posting inappropriate images (against our rules), will be deleted.

i believe you didn't see the situation so you can't judge it at all. so better just shut up. to me you just sound like havoc, repeating the exact same things. he probably told you the story, so you just heard it from one side.

it wasn't the first time he was warned or banned, and if the banned person never learns out of his mistakes he needs to bear the consequences.

on a side note, such comments are really critical, and you don't want to get yourself a warning right?

^ hurr, I admit that I've heard from it from only few person, but all the stories wary so much that it is more like an urban legend what he did. and True, havoc has been banned and surely warned few times. and Dunno what he exactly did. But from all that I've heard of, it seems it wasn't worth perm ban and Havoc wasn't acting so bad >_>
(it was worth a ban tho)

+ I do know the rules, as I sometimes try where the line goes, I do have warnings from multiple very diffrent things from multiple diffrent staff member, and ''destroying evidence'' wasn't pointed at havoc, but at some other stufffffff.... (posts as well, from a longer time ago)

I guess it's because I usually don't hang out in the Anime Discussion forums, and because I'm (relatively) new here.

Can't believe so many people care about this guy. Hell, there are people that were banned back in 2005 that I remember better than this guy.

Also do you see people being banned here on a daily basis? No, it's not something mods here take lightly, so don't provoke them with accusations.
